Job role: Physiotherapist responsible to undertake musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment (face to face and virtually) of patients via private or insurance referrals. Responsible also to form a diagnosis on the basis of physiotherapy assessment and to use research, reasoning and problem solving skills to determine appropriate actions and to oversee quality assurance reporting process. Plan and use appropriate safe and effective physiotherapy specific practice skills. Lead internal CPD sessions for junior physiotherapist’s team clinic and gain collaboration with local orthopaedic specialists and spinal surgeons, treating both operative and non-operative referrals.
