Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive\'s office, handling confidential information, and coordinating various activities to optimize their productivity.Some responsibilities include: Executive calendar management.Prioritizing and screening incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Preparing and editing correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents.Conducting research and compiling data for various reports, presentations, and projects.Arranging travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for business trips.Assisting in the preparation and coordination of current and potential client meetings, company events, etc.Handling confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.Coordinating the CEO’s personal errands.Assisting with occasional personal finances, including bill payments, expenses, and budget management.Maintaining a comprehensive contact database and ensuring all personal contacts are up to date.Providing support for personal projects, events, and special requests.
