ABOUT ANDREA CONSTANTINE
I am an associate in the Brands team as part of the wider IPMT practice at Hogan Lovells. I have been recognised as a \'Next Generation\' trade mark professional for England and Wales in WTR 2026. Clients have described me as having a \"very commercial mindset\" and being \"highly motivated, talented and frankly fun to work with\" in Legal 500\'s 2025 rankings.I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious work in relation to trade marks, copyright, designs, passing off, and overall brand protection strategies. In 2024, I completed the University of Oxford\'s Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice with a distinction.I originally qualified as an associate in the Intellectual Property team at Stephenson Harwood in March 2020, following a two-year training contract with the firm. This included six months spent overseas in the firm’s Singapore office.I have an LLB in English and French Law from the University of Kent, with a year on ERASMUS exchange at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. I also have an MSc in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law undertaken alongside the Legal Practice Course.
