Working as a Health and Safety and Environmental (HSE) Officer for Autostrade per l\'Italia, a global leader in toll roads and motorways management, I am responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all our employees through tasks such as- developing, implementing, and improving health and safety plans, processes and procedures in all of the companies workplaces- gathering, monitoring and analyzing HSE data- writing reports and presenting them to the senior management- identifying safety and health problems in the workplace and assessing them through the Risk Assessment Document- providing preventive and corrective measures that contributes to a healthier and safer work place- conducting safety inspections- implementing the ISO management systems- monitoring and reporting on compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and internal procedures to ensure that the company meets its legislative obligations and supports employee well-being.I also carry out coaching sessions and manage the training of employees and line managers so they can identify potential risks and mitigate them, implement correct behaviors and be compliant with legislation and company procedures.

I am a world citizen living in Pescara, where i work as a health, safety and environmental (HSE) officer for Autostrade per l\'Italia, a global leader in toll roads and motorways management. A hard working professional, I believe in promoting health and safety awareness so to build a better work place.
