My position mentors, and coaches, members of the Business / Data Analysts team within the overall Data & Analytics team and ensures the final data solution meets and exceeds the needs and expectations of the Business.My current projects include: • Inbound Call migration from Legacy to InContact CX1Facilitating the migration from the legacy West IVR and Avaya Call Management System by designing the data which needs to be captured from the new InContact-CX1 data. The new data will be captured via real-time APIs, as opposed to legacy nightly files. Also, retooling the ingestion of this data in the Reporting Data Marts for all Inbound Call reporting, within the new UDW and all business DataMarts for all major divisions across ADT, including Marketing Analytics, Sales and Customer Experience. • Sales and Marketing DataMartsContinuing to work with ADT Developers to revise Marketing and Sales DataMarts based on Source Data changes and create new DataMarts based new requirements and new projects, including integration with new digital marketing partners, including Multi-Touch Attribution MSH Consulting / ADT Contract BI Consultant.12/ 2016 to 7/25/2021Worked with Leadership to capture strategic goals, objectives and data sources to be integrated into ADT’s EDW, to create dashboards, reports and KPIs per marketing channel, to increase media buying ROI.
