ABOUT ANDREA CHMIEL
Executive development and people strategy are getting more attention than ever, but in many organizations the work is still disconnected across teams, difficult to scale globally, and hard to tie back to real business impact. That’s the gap I focus on.I design and run talent and leadership development work grounded in how leaders, teams, and processes work together day to day. With a background in organizational psychology, I look at leadership, team, and organizational effectiveness together and build systems that support all three. I focus on making sure what gets designed is usable, measurable, and worth the time people are being asked to invest.Earlier in my career, I focused on building foundational programs that supported engagement, belonging, and career growth across a global workforce. Over time, that expanded into enterprise work, including designing executive development systems, supporting critical talent decisions, and building approaches to team effectiveness.Work I’m Proud Of- Built and scaled a global mentoring program supporting 2,500+ employees across 19 countries- Designed executive development strategy aligned to a 5-year business plan- Led a talent initiative identifying top 3% of value-driving roles, strengthening succession pipelines and informing board-level decisions- Developed a company-wide team effectiveness framework- Redesigned global coaching strategy, improving engagement and reducing burnoutI care about doing meaningful work, building strong partnerships, and creating environments where people can do their best work. I lead with integrity, stay grounded in reality, and push for work that is both thoughtful and effective.I’m always interested in connecting with people doing thoughtful work in this space.
