Job Description• Second Line Manager, Budget Holder, Member of a biweekly management meeting where all the operational and tactical decisions are taken• Managing the Global Supply Chain of Seven/Invicta Group with Responsibility including Sourcing, Purchasing and Procurement, Planning, Logistics• International Supply Chain with more than 40 suppliers in China and customers• Managing a total of 11 million units produced and distributed on an yearly basis with SKUs in 75 collections divided in 2 Family Groups (Backpack and Stationary)• Managing of a Calendar Collection for the Group BUs that defines and controls the timing for the different activities (Marketing, Product Development, Sales and Supply Chain)• Managing of a Vendor List for the Chinese Suppliers, with contractual agreements with the most important Vendors, development of strategic partnership in back pack sector• Managing of a 2nd tier Supply Chain through negotiation of contractual agreements with raw material suppliers in order to improve quality and cost of finished goods suppliers• Order cycle management for 1st Tier and 2nd Tier Suppliers• Close liaison with Seven Hong Kong Ltd. and Product Department to promote, define and implement strategic actions to improve on time to market, reduce cash flow usage and increase production efficiency• Managing of all the logistics activities (main warehouse and the inbound/outbound transportations) through a Logistic Provider.
