ABOUT ANDREA CESANA

Dal 2011 mi occupo di Sviluppo Organizzativo e Operations HR, credo fermamente che il vero valore aggiunto di fare impresa, oltre che nello sviluppo organizzativo per stare un passo avanti coi tempi e competitivi nell\'ambiente, sia il capitale umano. La mia missione è di rendere questo sviluppo a misura di essere umano, trasformando i limiti in opportunità, le opportunità in obiettivi, in una crescita sinergica di tecnologie, processi e risorse. Credo che per risolvere i problemi, la via più efficiente sia quella di anticiparli per evitarli, ed in caso di ineluttabilità, affrontarli con il massimo vigore possibile, assimilandoli e creando dei feedback per fare in modo che non si ripresentino nel futuro, imparando dagli errori per accrescere costantemente la propulsione di crescita, personale, organizzativa e sociale. I have been working since 2011 in Organization Development & Operations HR, I truely believe that the real value of business is human capital, other than the organization development and innovation \"to jump the gun\".My purpose is to synergize innovation with human capital, turning limits into opportunities, opportunities into goals, making development fit human being.I believe that the key of the problem solving, is to anticipate problems in order to avoid them, and, in case of inevitability, it is important to face them with the maximum possible vigour, understanding them, and learning from them too, making sure they will never happen again, increasing the propulsion of growth, personal, organizational and social.
