Developed workflow for account managers to report customer concerns, automatically populate concerns to a Sharepoint list and created a PowerBI dashboard to track key performance indicators. • Developed USPS Commerce Tool using VBA, Power Query, and Linear Programming to ingest customer product level data, analyze, and generate an optimized solution leveraging multiple different network induction points to provide shippers their preferred depth of sortation and price point.• Developed order rebalancing tool as part of the Covid Test Kit distribution project to manage lead times across USPS fulfilment centers by re-assigning order flow to neighboring locations, resulting in over 500 million test kits being delivered, on average, in 1.2 days. • Worked on service reach and transportation modeling projects to improve 1-Day and 2-Day Delivery Reach from USPS processing facilities as part of the Delivering for America plan. • Developed web scraping program in Python to rate shop and ensure compliance of the merchant rate card (MRC) on shipping platforms. • Used Python to enhance Sunday Hub Delivery Model using volume forecasting, simulation, and linear programming optimization to recommend an optimized Sunday Hub-Spoke Network that maximizes USPS profit for Sunday Delivery. • Automated GIS tasks and visualizations for executive presentations using Python, resulting in 28 workhour savings monthly.
