ABOUT ANDREA CACCAVERI

I’m a highly motivated and well – trained professional with relevant experience in insurance and financial business both locally and abroad. After a brief consulting experience I started working in a multinational company where I gained technical and analytical skills, moving then to the second largest Italian insurance company where, dealing with numerous M&A transactions, I could improve my negotiation and business development skills.My ability to handle cross functional projects has allowed me to have a solid cross-company knowledge that, in time, has become my strength and success factor.My work has included interacting with all levels in an organization and took advantage of my skills, my ability to interact with the senior managers, my ability to think strategically and anticipate the future needs, my ability to work with very detailed data while keeping an eye on the bigger picture and having the skill to develop and give succinct, informational and actionable presentations.I have always performed teamwork tasks effectively thanks to my interpersonal skills: communication, coordination, collaboration, assertiveness, negotiation.I have developed and maintained over time working relationships with colleagues, advisors, analysts and legal consultants also thanks to my character traits: Competence, Honesty, Passion, Perseverance and Respect.
