I am an RDH with over 13 years of diverse experience and post hygiene school education on leadership in teams. I am passionate about the oral-systemic link and educating my patients on holistic health. I enjoy coming alongside patients to develop healthy daily habits through positive psychology. I value education and see the importance of continual professional growth within dentistry. As a well rounded clinician I have seen the benefits of authentic and personalized leadership on dental teams that leads to high levels of trust and employee satisfaction.
