I am an AV rated attorney, licensed in both Alabama and Florida. I am a commercial litigator with experience representing creditors, business owners, and lending institutions in foreclosures, collection matters, and property disputes. I litigate adversary proceedings in the bankruptcy context, representing secured and unsecured creditors. I also draft and review contracts, including but not limited to loan documents, mortgages, deeds, and asset purchase agreements. I had the pleasure of teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of West Florida in 2014, teaching Property Law, Contracts and Business Entities.
