I believe in collective action and building community to make the world a place where both people and planet can thrive.Everyone, no matter where they live deserves a clean water tap at home and electricity that provides power beyond just light bulbs.I am honored everyday to lead Green Empowerment as we support organizations working to help rural communities have agency over their resources and own development by building affordable, reliable, financially viable micro-utilities.I am inspired by the many people I have met throughout the world that are leading this work in their communities - many of them women and indigenous leaders - they motivate me everyday.

   I have successfully led Green Empowerment since 2016 from a sub-$1M/year international organization working in 7 countries to now operating in 13 countries with multi-million dollar annual budgets. We have demonstrated that Green Empowerment’s operating model of working with local partners is resilient and effective to the challenges of our times. As a working executive with two young children, I am committed to creating an organization where people can grow professionally, have a positive impact in the world and establish a work/life integration that works best for them.
