As General Counsel for the Italian branch of the group, I manage all the legal issues of the REPOWER group in Italy, and in particular:• management of the internal legal & compliance team (I am now tutoring and coordinating the activities of three legal counsel in my staff -one senior, two mid-senior- and the Compliance Officer -dlgs.231/01, TU196/03 Privacy, TU81/06 HSE);• supervisory and reorganization of the Corporate Secretary;• supervisory of Repower Antitrust Compliance program;• management of re-organization of the Group in Italy with reference to the employment law issues, termination of employment contract, managing of employment/agency litigation;• definition of the company legal advisors, negotiation of fees, budgeting and cost controlling;• Legal assistance (directly and coordinating my team) to the different departments of the company for all the legal aspects of the ongoing business, and in particular:o drafting and negotiation of the main agreement (EFET Gas and Power - Master Agt, Election Sheet, Schedules and Italian App; ISDA Master and Individual Contract; negotiations of the power and gas physical and financing contracts; resolution of different legal issues related to regulatory issues;o Business Development: legal assistance and supporting in the development phase of the major thermal generation project (1320MW Cool Plant in the south of Italy, 100MW Peak Plant, 100MW Co-generation Plant). I had been responsible for the relationship with the stakeholders and the relevant public authorities (Ministry for Environmental, Ministry for Economic Development, Regional and Local Institutions, etc.).
