Andrea has spent the past 25+ years as an executive in the real estate and homebuilding industry, developing professional relationships and first-class operational teams within the US and abroad. When Andrea chose to pivot from the corporate world in 2019 it only made sense that she march head first into real estate. With an active license in North and South Carolina, Andrea has the ability to identify key properties, and negotiate, no matter the location. When looking for an experienced Charlotte realtor who can guide you through the real estate process; whether that is to purchase a home, sell a home, buy land, or develop a new community, Andrea takes pride in offering white glove service, assisting, and advising on how to make the process smooth, and easy to understand. Giving back is important to Andrea. Her efforts for the Charlotte community include her engagement with Second Harvest Food Bank, Charlotte Habitat for Humanity, Charlotte Emergency Housing, A Child’s Place, and assisting in the chapter establishment of the nationally recognized HomeAid Organization where she sat on the Board of Directors for 3 years.
