I work for the Operation and Forecast Planning (OFP) of Thales Alenia Space Italy as a Coordinator of the Operational Planners team in Rome and L\' Aquila.My primary task is to manage and to leading the OP team in Rome by providing them the guideline to follow, but I’m also trying to give to each person different tasks and differents responsabilities (according with them own background, skills and attitudes) in order to give to everybody career growth opportunity.We mainly works on a customized version of Primavera tool (Primavera Core Model) and in the last few years we successfull lead (as OFP team) the implementation at Company level of the IFSR-15 Rules & Guideline and the EVM (Earned Value Management) process on main Projects.
