Serve part-time as a Signal Support Systems Specialist (25U) in the U.S. Army Reserves, managing communications equipment, network infrastructure, and IT systems critical to unit operations.Currently contracted as a Cadet (09R) through the Reserve Officers\' Training Corps (ROTC), actively developing leadership, logistical planning, and small-unit tactics through hands-on training and coursework.Completed Basic Combat Training (BCT) and Advanced Individual Training (AIT), gaining experience in radio systems, satellite communications, and network troubleshooting.Coordinate and support training exercises, assist in logistical operations, and apply leadership principles within both military and academic environments.Strengthened discipline, time management, adaptability, and team collaboration through ongoing military commitment while pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management.
