Oversee and regulate the safety and welfare of teens in therapeutic programs. Administer client appointments and purchase supplies. Guide staff members and manage youth mentors, oversee site compliance, and communicate client incidents. Conduct client meetings, parent calls and staff scheduling. Key accomplishments: • Coach parents by listening to concerns and providing strategies for improving engagement with their child, as well as answering inquiries, and providing updates on the child\'s academic progress. • Provide supportive guidance and training to youth mentors who serve as house parents for teenager residents. • Collaboratively redesign program structure to enhance staff to staff and staff to student communication.
