Mission within the Program Quality team for Light Helicopters is to ensure customer satisfactionand contribute to competitiveness of Light Helicopters Program, contracts and offers by:– Ensuring effective implementation of QMS, Quality applicable rules and APQP;– Driving early detection, risk prevention and efficient correction of quality defects;– Challenging and alerting management when quality or aviation safety is at stake;– Developing quality culture and awareness in daily practices within program plateaus;– Supporting and coaching program/offers plateaus staff on quality methods & Tools.• Responsibilities within Light Helicopters Program:– Be the Quality Business Partner for Quality to Program director;– Coordinate Quality activities within program plateau;– Lead and drumbeat Program Aviation Safety Plan (PASP);– Manage minor incidents treatments, act as Final Quality within NonConformities management process;– Ensure customer satisfaction at delivery;– Create and implement Quality plans;– Ensure flow down of Program and Contracts Quality requirements within plateau;– Ensure effective implementation of Program processes and Quality & Safety policies within program plateau;– Lead and drumbeat Cost of Non Quality performance for Program perimeter, and drumbeat action plans from other functions;– Lead and drumbeat APQP activities;– Develop Quality and Aviation Safety culture within plateau;– Be Light Helicopters Product Quality focal point for Customer Centers/Partners (AHI, Helibras.).
