I am completing my MSc in Strategic Management – Technology Major at LUISS Guido Carli, where my passion for strategy and innovation found the perfect ground to grow. I have always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and business, and my academic path has allowed me to turn that curiosity into structured expertise.During my thesis with Intesa Sanpaolo, I immersed myself in the analysis of digital marketing in the banking sector, exploring how digitalization can truly reshape the relationship between institutions and their clients. Later, my time at Generali’s sales division gave me the chance to test myself in a fast-paced, results-driven environment: here I learned how much leadership, empathy, and negotiation can move the needle as much as technical skills.What makes me stand out is the blend of design thinking and strategic analysis with a very human side: I enjoy leading teams, finding creative shortcuts when the obvious path feels too slow, and building bridges through clear communication.
