During the first year, successfully managed to reduce order processing time by 75% improving the operations efficiency- Designed a KPI system and Qlikview monitoring dashboard aimed to optimize stores replenishment. 250k€ yearly saving generated by increasing the inventory management efficiency and reducing time to market.
