My name is Andi Adams and I am currently looking for my next passion. I graduated with my Masters in IO Psychology in 2020, and I have been working in HR ever since. I am looking for an organization where I am able to funnel my desire to help others improve, and always exceed the expectations of others. I bring aspects of DEI and mental health to conversations when implementing new policies and procedures.
