Manage and coordinate national land scout team.• Support the internal team in closing land lease agreements.• Identification and management of a database of lands for PV Plants as well as BESS projects.• Visit the sites identified directly by the Consultant or by the Cartographer or External Scout.• Negotiation of the land rights contracts in line with company policies.• Inspection of local properties for lease and completing the required documentation.• Responsible for all land lease option agreements signing process.• Manage and control the notarization process for all lands.• Engage in strategic discussions regarding suitable lands, regions to ensure future success of the company.• Monitor and manage the origination pipeline growth in line with goals and targets of the company.• Ensure quality of land through internal discussion as well as external discussion with third parties to maximize success rate of the development.• Cooperation with other consultant and/or employees.
