We have been practicing Trial Law for the Plaintiffs since 1987. Mr. Toce has more than 25 years of litigation and trial experience. Mr.Toce has personally been the lead Trial Attorney, or most often the only Trial Attorney, in close to 100 trials - the vast majority of which were jury trials. We have won several Multi-Million Dollar jury verdicts, and garnered even more Million and Multi-Million Dollar Settlements. Mr Toce was lead Class Counsel in Duhe v Texaco, in which we were the first lawfirm in the United States to certify a class of Louisiana Royalty Owners.
