I lead the financial modeling practice within Leo Berwick\'s Infrastructure, Renewables & Energy Transition Financial Advisory Practice. If you have a tax-centric M&A process, Leo Berwick\'s financial modeling is differentiated in our ability to integrate tax structuring and tax equity advisory into our offering. I\'ve been solely focused on advising investors and developers in the infrastructure sector for over 15 years. I have been involved a significant capacity (defined as constructing, performing a model audit, or performing commercial model reviews) in infrastructure models totaling over $100 billion in enterprise value, in a wide variety of sectors including regulated utilities, transportation, oil and gas, ports, midstream, renewables, other energy generation and timberlands. Additionally, I am a trained project finance model builder, reviewer and auditor.
