In over my 3 decades of experience in the music and tech industry, I have grossed close to $7M dollars in new business, deals, publishing, and royalties for artists and labels.Then, in 2021, I burned out.However, before I could, I had an idea.I believed working with artist managers to focus on processes and systems would scale their client\'s as well as their own businesses and create sustainability. That belief fueled my desire to help artists managers help artists through community building and the sharing of information.So, I started delivering a newsletter, The Paradigm Shift, every week, in January 2023.In that year, I met many artists and artist managers who needed help. However, I took a detour by joining a company that within 6 months, I would end up leaving.Only to come back to my purpose:Wanting to see artists win.So, I tapped into my resources and my network and created Paradigm Music - an independent record label specializing in artist development, marketing, and talent management.I have never felt so free in my life.And now here we are beginning 2026, with a roster ready to take off.You want to know more?
