Under my leadership, Signpost has scaled to support programming in 25 languages and across five continents, reaching roughly 20 million users.I spearheaded Signpost\'s technology, business development, and global expansion strategies, and forged powerful partnerships with world-leading technology companies including Google, Cisco, Zendesk, and more. I\'m leading the strategic integration of cutting-edge AI to transform Signpost’s community engagement into a dynamic, responsive system that empowers crisis-affected people to make critical decisions, solve complex problems, and access essential services.Signpost is widely recognized as a leading digital innovation project, having won the first-ever EU Humanitarian Innovation Prize, the United Nations SDG Action Impact Award, multiple gold Anthem and Halo Awards for community engagement and public-private sector collaboration, and graduated from the first Google AI for Social Impact Accelerator.Signpost combines industry-leading technology, expertise in crisis response, and deep local knowledge. We leverage digital channels to scale our impact through clear, actionable information and facilitate two-way communication, ensuring that individuals can understand their options and exercise their human rights in emergency contexts.
