About Andre Tulloch
I’m a Mechanical Engineer with experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, including tunnel systems, pump stations, and complex MEP coordination. My background spans construction management, BIM/VDC integration, and spec-driven mechanical design, working closely with contractors, engineers, and owners to bring critical systems online safely and efficiently. In parallel, I’m the founder of PaceMatcher, a Seattle-based sports tech startup building a safety-first social running app. PaceMatcher helps runners and walkers find compatible people to move with based on pace, goals, and location. We’re currently running a city-led pilot in Seattle, focused on validating real-world usage, safety, and consistency around moving together.Across both engineering and product, I’m focused on building systems—physical or digital—that solve real problems, scale responsibly, and bring people together.Always open to connecting with folks across engineering, product, and early-stage startups.
