About Andre C. Erne
The biggest success I have found in life is paradoxically building success for others. I have been a client leader and professional throughout my career. This has afforded me the true pleasure of team building and mentoring talent at every stop along the way. While my current focus has been in the SaaS, software and technology space, I have an extensive background in sales, advertising, AdTech and marketing. This includes at the enterprise and midmarket levels, as well as with small businesses.My hallmark is growth, whether closing new business, upselling revenue and maximizing retention with a client base, building out processes and infrastructure, or nurturing talent. I look to create an environment where teams can excel, and enjoy working together. I’m a firm believer again in that investment in people.Adaptability is key, as well as fully understanding the impact of communication. In identifying paths forward and seeing the bigger picture, I have found that merging data, analytics and creativity is critical. I enjoy the challenges the business world can provide, and I am usually described as the calm in the storm, able to break down what needs to get done and how to execute, as there is always a solution.
