Performs fact-finding, research, and functional analysis necessary to determine the nature and scope of new requirements or changes to be developed.Develop, create, and write reports to extract data from personnel systems using various tools, such as Business Objects, Microsoft Access, Oracle SQL Plus, and Microsoft Excel. Provides technical guidance to system users in preparation of complex inquiries.
