Some of my key milestones including: • Designed distributed application architecture for Medical University of Vienna and Innsbruck, including admission process for all faculties that improved and simplified the communication with the applicants and reduced the administrative expenses. • Reduced the execution time of batch genotyping and filtering processes from 1 day to 0.5 day by creating an automated, distributed genotyping service architecture, which previously resulted in a bottleneck in DNA analysis in laboratories. • Designed multithreaded, asynchronous DNA sequencing and analysis results Metadata collector for Omixon Biocomputing Kft. that parsed Big Data files on company storages and stored results in Elasticsearch. Implementation was accomplished within 2 weeks. • Developed and executed integrations for Zombaio, Inpay, DIRECTebanking and NetDebit payment services. • Served as Senior Java Developer to design and implement versioning of base data of driver assignment optimization project by using Aspect Oriented Programming, JEE, Oracle and Hibernate for Simptech.
