ABOUT ANDRA OPRIŞAN
I\'m a strategist helping organisations and teams turn uncertainties into courses of action. I\'ve been working in the design industry for 15+ years, across several disciplines including branding, innovation and digital, on projects ranging from one day sprints to multi-year organisational transformations. Prior to joining Stripe Partners, I worked for Repsol, where I helped build the first digital design team, supporting the ambition to become a carbon-neutral, digital-first energy provider. Some of the past work I\'m most proud of includes helping rebrand Youtube (2015-16), being part of Sodexo\'s global repositioning (2014-16), assisting Wally Olins in writing his last book Brand New (20••••14), setting up an innovation lab in Madrid (2017-18), and teaching design innovation with LaunchBox at Mines St Etienne. Madrid is where I currently call home, but my work footprint spans 20 countries or so. I enjoy (and sometimes manage to finish) writing articles about the transversality of design and the impact strategic design has on our culture and society.
