About Andra Kaleps
Andra Kaleps, an Ohio native, graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University and started her career as a sales executive/account manager for Tangram Interiors in 2012. She quickly led the development of new business for Tangram, successfully increased sales annually and earned the annuity business of significant organizations in Los Angeles. This early experience built a strong foundation, constructed from well-rounded expertise and a passion for collaborating with industry professionals to create compelling workplace environments. Andra now serves as Tangram’s Business Partnership Leader, building on relationships and forging new partnerships to strengthen and unite the local design community. Believing that disruption is necessary to creating positive change, Andra does not shy away from challenging process and thrives on developing strategic partnerships that embrace transparency and vulnerability. While her path to success varies, success itself is evident by the fulfillment of three universal goals: trusting relationships, uncompromised design, and happy clients.
