As part of the Imperial College London, Strategic Marketing MSc programme, I was part of a consultancy group for Mars. This involved analysing in-store space allocation and competitor messaging across various store sizes, utilising field sales team inputs. We assessed competitors\' content, media strategies, and social media campaigns, focusing on their success and football associations, and compared Mars Wrigley\'s current execution to previous years\' campaigns. Additionally, we researched consumer preferences during tournaments and brand associations with football.
