Andra has mediated or co-mediated disputes ranging from seven to 11 figures in a wide range of substantive areas, including mass torts, class actions, securities, employment, allegations of sexual misconduct, insurance coverage and intellectual property. Before joining PADRE, she spent nearly 36 years at Irell & Manella LLP where she specialized in complex business litigation. Her wide ranging practice included handling disputes in such areas as class actions, insurance coverage, professional liability defense, employment, executive compensation, securities, business torts and all aspects of intellectual property litigation. Andra headed Irell \'s Class Action Defense Practice Group. She served two terms as managing partner of Irell\'s Newport Beach office.
