It is expanding its presence in the Branded Spices & Frozen Food segment.*Achievements*:Helped the company secure incentives of around Rs.148 crores under the PLI scheme (Production led Incentives) by liaising with the Govt authorities which is expected to be a game changer to the fortunes of the company.Helped the company raise Rs.210 crores (~USD 25 Million) of Equity through preferential allotment to marquee investors Instrumental in changing focus of the company from a pure B2B player to a B2C player by helping it acquire and build brands.Helped the company raise Innovative Off Balance Sheet finance.
