Cleaned, analyzed and did feature engineering on more than millions of observations on Hive SQL. Managed databases and built machine learning and deep learning models on Python to solve business problems involved in hotel recommendation and Natural Language Processing- Developed microservices on Kubernetes for data ETL pipelines via MySQL and machine learning models interfaces based on Flask on Python and Spring Boot on Java(less than 100ms response time with high QPS and 90+% unit test coverage)- Responsible for integrating real-time computation results into MySQL databases. Developed and implemented a service to read these results and efficiently index them using Lucene, significantly enhancing search engine query performance and overall system efficiency- Collaborated and brainstormed with Trip.com experts and tapped into the business logic and combined domain knowledge and models to achieve an ideal performance- Proficient in leveraging TensorFlow and PyTorch to develop advanced deep learning models. Applied these models to enhance search engine result ranking algorithms and optimize recommendation systems. Additionally, utilized these frameworks for time series forecasting, improving the accuracy and relevance of predictive analytics.
