I am a seasoned, neurodivergent Proposal Manager and Technical Writer & Editor. I have 20+ years\' experience as a documentation expert in both the private and federal government IT sectors, creating documentation for project delivery teams and managing and writing compelling, compliant proposals that win contracts. Over the span of my proposal support career, I\'ve helped win well over $1 billion in contract value. I\'m knowledgeable in digital services delivery, with experience in Agile methodologies, achieving system Authorization to Operate (ATO), and the full SDLC. I am also familiar with many digital services management and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). I have a palpable love for desktop publishing and creating graphic illustrations to support my work. MS Word is my jam.
