Provide legal services as a practicing counsel, which includes interpreting laws, rules and regulations, as well as advising company personnel on legal rights, obligations, and privileges. Assure corporate compliance with a wide variety of federal and state laws and regulations. Provide education and training to personnel by preparing and delivering presentations to medical staff, hospital personnel and outside individuals on legal requirements impacting the company- Assist in enforcement of corporate compliance with company policies and with federal, state and local governmental rules and regulations- Participate in the reconciliation and determination of the legal position on major legal matters and determine and coordinate alternative sources of legal services to be used.
