As Financial Controller I work with start-ups and fast growing companies as their in-house finance expert. I assist with day to day operations and all accounting and finance related tasks. I ensure that the business stays on track of their financial goals and targets by focusing on revenue growth, optimizing profitability and cash flow. I am hands on and fast at designing and implementing efficient processes in order to improve accounting and finance operations of start ups. I enjoy new challenges and risks associated with the day to day operations of start ups and this has helped me be successful and add value for companies and entrepreneurs I work with. I also enjoy connecting and networking with other Controllers and CFOs working in startups.
