Experience Highlights: Corporate Training at Awardco: At Awardco, I redesigned the Client Success team’s training process by blending online learning and in-person workshops. I collaborated with managers and new hires to refine materials and structure a comprehensive schedule, resulting in stronger team cohesion and faster onboarding times. Customer Success at The Coalition: As a Customer Success Intern at The Coalition, I revamped 57 company documents, improving workflows and contributing to the development of an AI tool that automated key processes. This experience reinforced my skills in resource design and communication, which I now apply to creating effective training content. Academic & Research Experience: At Brigham Young University, I worked as a Research Assistant, contributing to a literature review on group cohesion and its impact on performance. I also designed visual materials for dialogues, honing my ability to create research-backed, engaging training programs that foster collaboration.
