As a Programme Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, I lead the end-to-end delivery of global and UK-wide estate portfolios, including complex EV charging infrastructure programmes for commercial and mixed-use sites. I’m proud to be the main point of contact from project inception to handover, owning every phase—from site identification and DNO applications through lease negotiations, legal process management, stakeholder alignment, mobilisation, and operational launch. With expertise in managing multiple concurrent programmes, I drive strategic alignment across technical, legal, commercial, and delivery teams as well as external stakeholders. I focus on clear governance and high-impact reporting, ensuring project health, budget control, and milestone achievement are clearly communicated to senior leadership. I’m dedicated to delivering programme excellence through proactive risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement—accelerating timelines and enhancing performance across diverse portfolios. I am passionate about building and maintaining strong colleague and client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and helping organisations achieve their business and sustainability goals through innovative estate solutions.
