Communicate with clients about event details and coordinate event needs across departments-Serve as primary event manager for various events, including conferences, meetings, trade shows, and consumer events ranging from 30 attendees - attendees-Build and maintain positive relationships with show managers to encourage trust and repeat clients-Work closely with internal staff and external partners to communicate event details-Support staff with basic IT needs including computer, AV, and software troubleshooting-Manage programming, scheduling, and content for digital screen advertisements-Assist with the creation of marketing assets for various shows and the facility-Serve as Safety Administrator and completing OSHA-30(anticipated completion by July 30)Respond to customer concerns and complaints within facility expectations and to provide a positive customer experience-Identify areas for workflow improvements and implement effective and efficient solutions-Serve as event software administrator, train staff, and create SOPs for software use-Respond to concerns and issues with real time problem solving as needed-Participate in client walkthroughs with the Sales team to help clients envision their event in the space-Receive, process payments, and fulfill orders for services provided to exhibitors by the I-X Center-Work closely with the Finance Department to provide all necessary documentation for processed money-Create and manage invoices, expense estimates, and payment plans for clients-Manage customer service window for all shows including scheduling staff, preparing ordering portals and information, training customer service staff, cash drawer reconciliation, record keeping, and POS management-Project Coordinator for in-house event (Trick-or-Treat Street)
