I am founder, CEO and managing partner at Big Sea, a fully-distributed marketing agency founded in 2005 with offices in St. Petersburg, FL, and Asheville, NC. For the past 25 years, I’ve built story-first websites and marketing campaigns that move people to action, working with clients across all industries (seriously ask me: we\'ve done it). We now focus on working with purpose-driven brands that want to make an impact.I’ve led teams through digital transformations, crafted campaigns that raise millions, and helped organizations refine their messaging so they resonate in all the right ways. Along the way, I’ve been on quite a few boards, won quite a few awards, acquired a couple other agencies, and generally had a pretty great time with my business partner, Dzuy (who doesn\'t use social media). When I’m not building brands or raising funds, I’m texting my fiercely independent teen daughter-slash-worlds-worst-roommate, spoiling my two dogs, and soaking up mountain life in Asheville after years on Florida’s Gulf Coast. I survived Hurricane Helene (am *still* surviving Helene, tbh), swapped CrossFit for a Peloton addiction, and remain hopelessly devoted to the Green Bay Packers.
