Backed by more than 23 years of experience in project management and civil/structural engineering, my specialties include hydropower, dams, heavy industrial projects and marine facilities. I have a comprehensive knowledge of design standards, codes and guidelines in North America, as well as demonstrated ability to work on complex projects, coordinate with other engineering disciplines, and provide cost effective, constructible designs. Also specialize in complex structural analysis, dam safety, seismic evaluation, FEA modeling, of powerhouse superstructures, crane upgrades and monorails, new gantry and crane structures, and major hydroelectric facility rehabilitation and life‑extension projects. Andi is also an approved FERC Part 12D Independent Consultant (IC) with extensive experience in PFMA, FMEA, SQRA, and risk‑based dam safety assessments.
