My focus is helping enterprises transform how they adopt and operate modern cloud, security, and automation platforms—while developing the people, processes, and partnerships that make those transformations stick.Over the past year, my role has expanded significantly. I’ve led two teams with different remits across the AMER theater, stood up a new international pre‑sales team, and strengthened our alignment with Sales by earning a seat in quarterly business reviews and embedding our team into strategic account planning.I’ve also driven many of our organization’s GenAI and automation initiatives, from advancing Navi—our first GenAI tool to reach full production and scale—to building context engineering patterns, Agents, Skills, and automated workflows that now support thousands of field sellers and architects.My team continues to be deeply technical and customer‑focused, guiding strategic accounts through integration design, PoCs, and adoption workshops.
