I’m a junior at Baldwin Wallace University majoring in Finance and Accounting, with a strong interest in financial planning, investing, and long-term career growth.I’ve developed analytical and client-facing experience through my auditing internship at Charles E. Harris & Associates and my current role as an appointment setter in the life insurance industry. These roles have strengthened my communication, sales, and problem-solving skills, and reinforced my interest in helping others make informed financial decisions.My goals include entering wealth management, investing in real estate, and achieving financial independence. Outside of academics, I enjoy golf and pickleball, which keep me challenged both mentally and physically.

   In my role as an appointment setter, I engage with clients daily to schedule policy reviews and connect them with their account managers. I manage high call volumes while maintaining clear, confident communication that builds trust quickly. I focus on understanding client needs, recognizing behavioral patterns, and using conversational control to guide each call toward a successful appointment. This position has strengthened my ability to read tone, respond strategically, overcome hesitation, and make fast decisions that keep the interaction moving forward. It has also helped me develop strong follow through, ensuring clients stay informed and prepared for their scheduled meetings.
