Hello, My name is Anderson Coonrad and I am an early-career professional specializing in Social & Digital Marketing, in addition to the development of people based out of the Greater Syracuse Region in Central New York. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors Program at Bentley University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, Concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies, and Minors in Marketing and Sociology.My most recent experience comes serving as an Area Manager at Amazon, where I prided myself in coaching and developing 170 associates to achieve our collective most desired outcome. In this role, I believed heavily in utilizing metric-driven data to help set our collective team goals, while also building inter-personal relationships with each associate to foster a collective culture of trust and overall achievement.Prior to my time with Amazon, I successfully founded my own Digital Media company entitled Mainstream Music. Through this experience, I gained great understanding of the respective and multi-faceted digital marketing, content creation, branding, and social media landscapes.
