Lead the day-to-day client engagement to ensure a positive sgsco experience• Timely communication with execution teams; the client, their vendors and printers• Manage the workflow between multiple teams in the sgsco production network• Consult with client and SGS Project Manager during artwork development and prepress• Participate in project kickoff meetings, ensuring all required inputs (print specifications, dielines, pickup files, art) are accounted for, approved, and delivered to execution teams while managing all feedback and follow-up related to the projects/files• Leads artwork reviews with clients, obtains feedback and assures the team addresses the feedback• Manage project timelines ensuring on-time delivery• Ensure timely and accurate project estimating, billing and invoicing process and see that deadlines are being met on all aspects of the project while ensuring quality.• Manage reporting and tracking for projects both internally and externally, such as client weekly status reports, item request reports, keeping updated with any price matrices changes and workflows• Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings• Promote creativity and have a positive impact on the business
