Oversees the pre-show management, on site execution, and post show wrap of all Operational aspects over multiple successful trade shows such as Fan Expo Philadelphia, Fan Expo San Francisco, Fan Expo Chicago, Fan Expo New Orleans and support on multiple other Fan Expo events around US and Canada- Manages the relationship between show teams, outside vendors, and general contractors in venues across the United States- Negotiates and fulfills contracts/orders for large scale events- Execute all onsite operations including: Show floor and exhibitor move in/out, security, hotels, catering, conference programs, and parking- Plans, manages, and coordinates all aspects of events to ensure smoothly implementation and/or devise alternate solutions- Works side by side with the General Contractor to formulate a move in/out plan then coordinate with the show team to send out communication to exhibitors and execute once on site. Additional Contributions: Assisted in creating cost saving processes that are also improving fan experience.
